I am now in Bocas. We got in early this morning. It is a group of islands about 25 minutes off the coast that we take by water taxi. We walked around bargaining for a hotels. We ended up in one of the more expensive ones, but is right on the water and includes breakfast.
Today we rented ATVs. Tomorrow we are going on a snorkel tour.

ReplyDeleteIf it makes you feel any better, we broke one of the ATVs and ran out of gas in the replacement eventhough the rental guy said we had plenty.
ReplyDeleteAlso, there is SO MUCH salt that it burns you eyes...
ok. i guess that quells my travel envy a bit... then again... as i look at my pile of work in my office that's not located on a tropical island i think i'm back at full envy. have fun and keep posting.
